Charles Wilson

Charles is a researcher within the Analysis team. He is a quantitative researcher with a background in educational research and quantitative methods such as complex survey design, longitudinal analysis, and structural equation modelling. Since being at NatCen, they have worked across multiple stages of research projects including research design, data scoping, managing and cleaning secondary data, analysis, and report writing.

He also has experience of mixed methods and qualitative research including data collection using focus groups and interviews, thematic analysis, and large scale evidence synthesis of existing research. Prior to joining NatCen, Charles worked as a student researcher supporting education based research at the Universities of Lincoln and Manchester.
