Alun Humphrey
Director of Survey Research
Alun Humphrey is Director of Survey Research at the National Centre for Social Research, having joined in 2001. Alun has a track record of more than 20 years of successfully managing challenging and complex social surveys. These include the full range of face-to-face, push-to-web, paper, telephone and mixed mode surveys, including a number that produce national statistics.
He is the UK National Coordinator for the European Social Survey and has a range of reporting experience, notably contributing to several British Social Attitudes reports. Alun graduated from the City University in 1994, with a first-class degree in Business Studies.
