Here we provide the details of NatCen's gender pay gap reporting for 2022, 2023 and 2024
NatCen's Gender Pay Gap data summary for the snapshot date of 5th April 2021 (reported in 2022) is as follows:
- The mean gender pay gap is: -3.8% (favours women)
- The median gender pay gap is: -16.1%
- The mean bonus gap is: 55.4% (favours men)
- The median gender bonus gap is: 50%
- The proportion of male and female employees receiving a bonus is very low at 2%
NatCen's Gender Pay Gap data summary for the snapshot date of 5th April 2022 (reported in 2023) is as follows:
- The mean gender pay gap is: -7.5%
- The median gender pay gap is: -3.1%
- The mean gender bonus gap is: 41.5%
- The median gender bonus gap is: 0%
- The proportion of male employees receiving a bonus is 13% and the proportion of female employees receiving a bonus is 18%
