Peter Havelock

Peter is a qualified accountant and specialises in large-scale finance and risk and regulatory transformation in the financial services industry. 

After qualifying with Legal & General, he spent 18 years as a management consultant at EY, and then as a Partner at IBM where he managed the financial management team in financial services. Since then he has undertaken a number of senior advisory roles with financial services providers.

Peter is also Chair of the Choral Foundation at HM Chapel Royal, Hampton Court Palace, and has been Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committees for the National Skills Academy for Financial Services, and Stonewall, the LGBT rights charity.

As Deputy Chair of the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen)'s Audit and Risk Committee, Peter brings financial management, transformation and project governance experience to the NatCen Board.
