Monica Dey
Researcher
Monica is a Researcher in the Centre for Children and Families with key interests in equality, race, and social class. She has contributed to research projects using a range of methodologies including implementation and process evaluations, longitudinal studies, rapid evidence reviews and exploratory qualitative research.
She is currently working on the COVID-19 Inquiry, the national evaluation of A Better Start and an EEF-funded evaluation of Global Evidence Ecosystems. Prior to working at NatCen, Monica also led a large-scale mixed methods study exploring the Pay and Progression of Women of Colour in the UK.
