Helena Takala

Helena is a Research Director in the Centre for Children and Families. She is an educational researcher interested in early years, schools and post-16 education. She has over seven years’ experience delivering mixed-method research and evaluation for clients such as the Department for Education and the Education Endowment Foundation. An experienced project manager, she has a strong track record of managing data collection with teachers, early years practitioners, parents, and children and young people and has overseen several high-quality reports. She is expert in qualitative methods and process evaluations.
