Helena Takala

Helena is an educational researcher with over eight years’ experience delivering mixed-methods research and evaluation for clients including the Department for Education and the Education Endowment Foundation. An experienced evaluator and project director, she is a specialist in implementation and process evaluation (IPE) and currently serves as Principal Investigator on several of NatCen’s education trials. Helena has a strong track record in designing and delivering large-scale data collection, including surveys and child assessments, using NatCen’s panel of field interviewers, external assessors, and paper-based instruments. She is highly knowledgeable in qualitative research methods and qualitative, case study, and IPE analysis.
