Armin Ferenci

Armin is a Researcher in the Centre for Evaluation. He holds a BA in European Social and Political Studies from University College London and an MSc in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His postgraduate dissertation used a survey experiment to examine the effects of a novel electoral system on voter behaviour. 

He volunteered as a Research Assistant alongside his studies and conducted numerous modules on quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research designs. These included observational and experimental methods, as well as comparative design and process tracing. Armin is also a published author with a chapter titled “On the Negative Vote” in the Hungarian-language academic publication “The Majesty of Choice”. He has a particular interest in social science methodology at large, as well as in substantive themes like institutions, electoral systems and contemporary populism.
