Alexander Martin
Alexander is a Research Director in the Centre for Health. He is a qualitative researcher with experience conducting a variety of complex projects. He is currently leading a mixed methods project, commissioned by Gamble Aware and in partnership with the University of Wolverhampton, exploring the stigma attached to people’s experiences of gambling harm. Alex also has a wealth of evaluation experience. He led a work strand in the national evaluation of the early adopters of the NHS Test and Trace app, which administered and analysed 80 qualitative interviews in six weeks, as well as supporting with the evaluation of the Credit Card Ban for Gambling in Great Britain and the evaluation of the Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise Covid-19 Emergency Funding Package on behalf of DCMS.
