How to access free legal advice: advice and support organisations
You are eligible for 3 hours of free advice from a professional lawyer as part of this pilot. You can receive this advice in-person, over the phone or by email – it’s your choice.
This page provides contact details of the advice providers available to you as part of the pilot. If you want to access the support, please contact the advice provider of your choice and they will confirm you are eligible then arrange a session for you, or put you in touch with a lawyer by email if you prefer.
You will need to give your unique client access code to the provider to receive this free legal advice. This code was given to you when you completed the survey and also sent to you in a letter or email. If you are not sure what your code is, you can get in touch by contacting elap@natcen.ac.uk or 0800 652 0201.
