The Insight and Voice team at NHS England are responsible for delivering a number of Official Statistic patient experience surveys. They invite around 2.8 million patients each year to feedback on their care using push-to-web methodologies. In this latest survey methods webinar, Joanna Barry and Nina Makojnik (NHS England) will provide an overview of large scale NHS surveys.

The presentation will cover how they are designed, the challenges faced, and experiments trialled to tackle declining response rates and increasing postage costs. The speakers will also focus on the key considerations for collecting patient feedback, including how they: engage respondents in survey design; sample participants; handle sensitive data; and increase the impact of results for users.
