The mission of our Centre for Social Survey Transformation is to transform survey data collection activities, produce incisive guidance and analysis on how to transform surveys, and explore innovative digital developments. To achieve this, the Centre for Social Survey Transformation aims to:

  • Help survey commissioners understand the complex trade-offs regarding representation, measurement, respondent experience, time and cost when transforming surveys
  • Identify and fill evidence gaps on how to transform surveys

  • Integrate passive data collection within social surveys
