We are aware that the questions in the survey may raise issues for you. This page provides the contact information for organisations who provide support and advice.
While some have free phone numbers, others cost more than a local call from some landlines and mobiles. Where there is a freephone available, this is specified.
Ban Conversion Practices
A dedicated conversion practices helpline run by experienced LGBTQ+ staff. The helpline is open to all LGBTQ+ people in the UK who are survivors of conversion practices, or who think they might be at risk. The service is run by LGBTQ+ anti-abuse charity Galop. The helpline is open 10:00-16:00, Monday to Friday

Childline
Childline is a free, private and confidential service for anyone under 19 in the UK to talk about any issue they are going through.
Freehone: 0800 1111. The counsellor may not speak Welsh, but if you tell them in English that you'd like to speak to a Welsh counsellor, they'll be able to see if someone is available.

Shelter help people across Wales by offering free, confidential and independent housing advice.
Lots of their advice is the same regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, but there are some areas that affect people within the LGBTQ+ community disproportionately compared to others. You can visit their webpage or access their general support.
