Soazig Clifton
Soazig Clifton is Academic Director for the National Surveys of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles (Natsal). She began her career at NatCen in 2006 and since then has worked on large-scale population health surveys at NatCen and University College London, and routine health data at Public Health England (now UK Health Security Agency). Her work spans the entire survey lifecycle, from design and testing to analysis and engaging audiences with the findings. Her main research interests are sexual health, measuring sensitive behaviours, survey methods, and public engagement with research.
Soazig holds a joint post at NatCen and University College London. She was awarded an NIHR Research Methods Fellowship in 2014/15, and has an MSc in Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
