Robert Swinchatt

Robert joined NatCen as Director of Finance in June 2016. He is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years post qualification experience in senior and board level roles across a range of industries.

Prior to his role at NatCen, Robert was with GfK for 11 years as Finance Director of GfK NOP and more latterly UK Head of Finance Shared Services. While at GfK, Robert sat on many international and local boards and was responsible for a number of change management processes. These changes included the introduction of global reporting standards, the roll out of SAP as global group ERP system, leading the SAP rollout team for the UK as a pilot country, leading the UK matrix transformation team and consolidation of shared services across the UK.

Robert is a graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
