Maisie Anderson-Davis

Maisie Anderson-Davis is Director of External Engagement at NatCen, where she leads the organisation’s external engagement and influence agenda. In this role, she brings together public affairs, communications, digital engagement, and partnerships to ensure NatCen’s research informs public debate, shapes policy, and reaches the audiences that can make the greatest use of evidence.

Maisie has extensive experience in public affairs, policy, and strategic communications across the UK and internationally. Before joining NatCen, she was a Managing Director at global advisory firm Penta where she led high-profile communications and public affairs programmes for a range of organisations. She has also served as a Cabinet Member in local government, bringing direct experience of policy development, public accountability, and decision-making.

Throughout her career, Maisie has worked at the intersection of evidence, policy and communications, helping organisations influence debate, engage stakeholders and drive meaningful change.
