Kate Taylor

Kate Taylor (nee Cox) is a Research Director who has been at NatCen Social Research since 2004. She worked on the English Longitudinal Study of Ageing for eight years, managing the development of the questionnaire and materials, and overseeing the fieldwork and data processing. Kate led the development of the life history interview which was an innovative questionnaire designed to help people give more accurate information about events that happened throughout their lives.

Kate currently works on the English Housing Survey, managing the fieldwork, data delivery and reporting process.

Prior to joining NatCen, Kate carried out research on communication between patients and health care professionals at King’s College London.
