Chetna Kerai

Chetna heads up the People Services team at the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen), that supports both organisational goals and the employee experience. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and as a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), she is responsible for leading HR service delivery by working closely with the Senior Team, ensuring compliance, and the seamless delivery of key HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
