Chetna Kerai

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Chetna leads the National Centre for Social Research's People Services team, that supports both NatCen's organisational goals and the employee experience. She is responsible for leading HR service delivery by working closely with the Senior Team, ensuring compliance, and the seamless delivery of key HR services including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
