Alina Rocha Menocal
Alina is an accomplished expert and researcher with two decades of experience working to bridge the gap between research and policy in thinking about development and the politics of reform. Her areas of expertise include: Democracy/democratisation; governance and institutional transformation; corruption; transparency, participation & accountability; conflict and fragility; state- and peacebuilding processes and (post-)conflict trajectories; political settlements and the politics of inclusion; corruption and anti-corruption efforts; political economy analysis/Thinking and Working Politically. Alina has extensive experience in policy engagement and advice and in analysing, assessing and evaluating international development policies.
