This is a major research project that produces official statistics about childcare and early years provision in England. It provides the Department for Education with the critical information needed to understand the sector.
Results from the research help to inform future policy. This is your chance to have your voice heard about the important issues facing the early years sector.
The research is being carried out by the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen), Frontier Economics and IFF Research on behalf of the Department for Education.
This is a time of significant policy change within the childcare and early years sector. It’s really important that we hear from a wide range of settings so that this research can demonstrate how changes are affecting different types of providers.
The results of this important research will be made publically available – so the findings won’t just be useful to the Department for Education.
Taking part is voluntary but we hope that you will take this opportunity to contribute to this important study.
We’re Britain’s largest independent social research agency. For the last 40 years we’ve worked on behalf of government and charities to find out what people really think about important social issues and how Britain is run.
