Victim and Witness Satisfaction Survey
Published: September 2015
Victim and Witness Satisfaction Survey looked into the views and experiences of victims and witnesses of crime. The study was commissioned by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Through this study, the CPS wanted to get a better understanding of how well the support they give achieves their aims, in order to intervene to improve the service and/or share good practice.
The full research has been published on the CPS website here.
The sample of victims and witnesses was drawn from CPS’ administrative records.
Participants were offered the choice of taking part by telephone or online through self-completion questionnaire.
This project was conducted in partnership with IFF Research.
