Join us for ScotCen’s symposium on Scotland and Society on Wednesday 29th November at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. At the event we will discuss some of the critical issues affecting Scottish society today.
The symposium will examine three different spheres of Scottish society: health & wellbeing; politics & constitutional change; and children, young people & families.
Our research experts will present findings from some of our recent major studies, explaining how they were carried out, the key findings and what they mean for policy. The studies used a wide range of research methods, from national surveys, to focus groups and evaluations. The presentations will be followed by an audience Q&A chaired by Paul Bradshaw, Head of ScotCen.
