Senior Survey Programmer

Location: London

Salary: £30k - £50k (Depending on skills & experience)

NatCen Social Research is looking for a Unicom Intelligence (previously IBM SPSS Data Collection/Dimensions) survey programmer to join its survey systems team to contribute to the design, development and maintenance of the systems which process survey data from initial delivery of sample data and script specification through to data delivery to clients. At NatCen Social Research, we carry out surveys in all survey modes (Web, Cati, Capi, Paper) so you’ll need the skills and confidence to be able to work across these modes. You must be comfortable working with market and social research data and software tools, primarily Unicom Intelligence.

Experience of other software development technologies such as .Net, SQL and web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript are highly desirable. You need to be focused on solutions and comfortable working with project managers and internal technical teams in designing efficient technical solutions.
