- Can I send in a speculative CV/application?

- Who should I contact for queries?
Please, in the first instance, email us at email@example.com or telephone us asking for Carol Grant or Debbie Mari on 01277 690113 or 01277 690005. We aim to get back to you within a few working days.
- What happens after I have made my application?
Once you have submitted your application via the applicant tracking system, we will be in touch usually within 7 working days to let you know whether you are shortlisted for a telephone interview.
- What happens at the interview?
One of our staff members from Field HR will ring you for a telephone interview lasting around 30-60 minutes. We will arrange a mutually suitable date and time for the interview conversation.
- What happens if I am appointed?
We will invite you to one of our extensive and informative assessment/training sessions.
- When will my referees be approached?
We will usually contact your referees after your interview and we will notify you when we are ready to contact them. Due to the sensitive work we do, and the data we hold, we insist on references verifying the last three years of employment. One of your referees should be your most recent line manager and/or more senior manager.
- Do you conduct other checks?
Yes, we will check that applicants are entitled to work in the UK and will ask you to produce evidence to that effect. For some roles, we conduct additional checks, for example DBS checks.
- What are the working hours?
These positions are reasonably flexible and you may accept as much or as little work as you wish. However, we ask that you make an average weekly work commitment of 20 hours.
- Do you have an applicant privacy notice?
